I moved to Bristol 5 years ago and have found it’s a great city to live in! I spend 2 days a week working as a Nutritional Therapist, I really enjoy working with people to support a healthy diet, active lifestyle and doing things they enjoy – all of which has such a positive impact on health and wellbeing.
In my spare time I enjoy running, yoga, surfing, cooking and spending time with friends. I am a newbie to Bikram Yoga, starting in January this year and am really enjoying the classes – I find it’s a great way to improve my flexibility, core strength, boost my energy levels, encourages detox and also gives me the headspace to unwind, stretch out and feel good!
